Other self-collection schedules are by appointment only. Please contact us in advance to schedule your pickup.

Delivery Within Singapore

$4.50 for standard shipping

• Free for store pick-up

Delivery Timeline:

• Standard courier delivery: 2–3 working days

• Same-day delivery within 1–2 hours: S$25 surcharge

Important Notes:

• Requests for delivery at a specific time cannot be fulfilled.

• Invalid addresses include incomplete postal addresses, freight centres, ports, terminals, camps, and other locations determined at NOMENO’s discretion.

• The Supplement Lab Pte Ltd reserves the right to change shipping rates without prior notice.

• All transactions are automatically processed to ensure billing accuracy.

Refunds & Returns

• Hygiene Policy: Once a product is opened, it is not eligible for return or refund.

• Return Window: Refunds or returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Refund Method: All approved refunds will be issued as store credit. No cash refunds will be provided.

• Advance Appointment: Product pick-up must be arranged via advance appointment.

• Company Rights: NOMENO reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its discretion. Not all refund requests will be accepted.
