Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
1. General Policy
This Refund, Return & Exchange Policy ("Policy") governs all purchases made from Butterfly Apothecary / Nomeno Enhanced / Men Reborn (the "Company"). By placing an order, the customer ("Customer") agrees to be bound by this Policy.
2. Eligibility for Return, Refund or Exchange
Returns, refunds, or exchanges will be considered only if all conditions below are met:

Product is defective, damaged, spoiled, expired upon delivery, or incorrect item shipped by the Company.

Product is sealed, unused, and in original packaging with all components intact.

Request is submitted within 14 calendar days from date of receipt.

Bundles & Promotions

All refunds are calculated based on the latest à la carte price listed on our official website at the time of return processing.

Partial returns will void all bundle or promotional pricing.

Retained items will be re-priced at full à la carte value and refund amounts adjusted accordingly.
3. Third-Party E-Commerce Purchases (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, Livestreams)

All third-party purchases are strictly governed by the original platform’s terms.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and disputes must be initiated and completed exclusively through the purchase platform.

If the platform does not permit or cannot process a return or refund, the Company will not provide offline, manual, or direct resolutions.

The Company will not override or bypass any platform dispute process.
4. Gifts with Purchase (GWP)

All GWP must be returned together with the main product(s).

GWP must be in good, resalable condition.
-
Damaged, used, incomplete, or unreturned GWP may result in a refund deduction equivalent to the GWP’s retail value.
5. Opened Products, Allergic Reactions & Product Faults

Strictly no returns, refunds, or exchanges for opened, unsealed, or used products, regardless of reason, including allergic or adverse reactions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring product suitability prior to purchase, including reviewing ingredients and seeking medical advice if necessary.

Cosmetic or packaging defects that do not affect product efficacy or safety are not eligible for return.

Customers may book an appointment to test products at our physical store prior to purchase.
6. Shipping Responsibility

Company bears return shipping costs only if error or defect is confirmed.

Customers bear all return shipping and handling costs for personal-reason returns, valid only within 14 days from receipt.

9. Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method. Processing timelines depend on payment providers or platforms.

退货、退款与换货政策
1. 总则
本《退货、退款与换货政策》(以下简称“本政策”)适用于所有从 Butterfly Apothecary / Nomeno Enhanced / Men Reborn(以下简称“本公司”)购买的产品。客户(以下简称“客户”)一旦下单,即视为已阅读、理解并同意受本政策约束。
2. 退货、退款或换货资格
仅在同时满足以下所有条件的情况下,方可受理退货、退款或换货申请:

产品在送达时存在缺陷、损坏、变质、过期,或本公司发错商品;

产品保持未开封、未使用状态,且原包装及所有配件完整;

申请须在客户收到商品之日起14个日内提出。

套装与促销产品

所有退款均以退货处理当日官网所列的最新单品(原价)价格为计算基础。

如客户购买套装或促销组合后仅退回部分商品,所有套装或促销优惠将自动失效。

客户保留的其余商品将按原价(单品价)重新计费,退款金额将据此调整。
3. 第三方电商平台购买(Shopee / TikTok / Lazada / 直播等)

重要说明: 所有通过第三方电商平台购买的订单,均严格受制于该平台自身的条款、条件及纠纷处理机制。

所有退货、退款、换货及纠纷,必须且仅能通过原购买平台发起并完成;
-
客户须完全遵守相应平台的退货与退款政策;
-
如平台不允许退货/退款,或因任何原因无法通过平台处理,本公司将不提供任何线下、人工或直接的退货、退款或换货服务;
-
在任何情况下,本公司均不会绕过、替代或复制第三方平台的处理流程。
4. 赠品(GWP,随单赠送礼品)

如发生退货或退款,所有随订单赠送的赠品(GWP)须与主商品一并退回;
-
所有退回的赠品必须保持良好且可再次销售的状态;
-
如赠品存在损坏、使用痕迹、不完整或无法再次销售的情况,或未被退回,本公司有权从退款金额中扣除相当于该赠品零售价的费用。
5. 已开封产品、过敏反应及产品问题

出于卫生、安全及法规原因,任何已开封、已使用或已拆封的产品,概不接受退货、退款或换货,无论原因为何,包括但不限于皮肤过敏或不良反应;

客户在购买前有责任自行确认产品是否适合自身肤质、身体状况或敏感情况,包括查阅成分表及在必要时咨询专业医疗意见;
-
不影响产品功效或安全性的外观或包装瑕疵(如轻微刮痕、包装不完美)不构成退货或退款理由;
-
本公司设有实体门店,客户可在购买前预约到店试用产品,以确保产品适配性。
6. 运费责任

如确认退货原因系本公司错误(如发错商品或产品本身缺陷),退货运费将由本公司承担;
-
如因个人原因(如改变主意、个人偏好或不适合等)申请退货,且申请在收到商品之日起14日内提出,所有退货及相关处理费用均由客户自行承担。
7. 不可退换商品

以下情况不接受退货、退款或换货:

已开封、已使用或已拆封的产品;
-
超过14日退货期限的商品;
-
原包装缺失、配件不全或资料不完整的商品。
