Under normal circumstances, women in their late 30s and early 40s can start taking Nomeno Enhanced and it is not recommended for women who are:
Under 18 years old
Pregnant
Mums who are breast-feeding
Currently on birth control pills
Undergoing Hormonal Replacement Therapy (HRT)

Pueraria Mirifica is often marketed as a safer alternative to conventional hormone and/or estrogen replacement therapies, which are known to come with serious side effects.
 
NOMENO ENHANCED is formulated with 45mg Pueraria Mirifica per capsule (vegt). It is safe to use on a daily basis within the recommended dosage. However, individual responses depend on the personal constitution and daily intake dose etc.

You may start with 1 capsule of Nomeno Enhanced per day for 2 weeks, then increase to 2 capsules per day.
Take after meals and avoid taking it before sleep to prevent a surge of energy at night. 
Take Nomeno Enhanced with a 30 minute gap before and after consumption of caffeine.
